Cachet Hospitality Group (CHG), along with the owner and development partnership led by Cabo Villas Group and Spa (CVBR), announced today the closing of their construction loan from Sabadell Bank as lead agent for construction of a 204-room Cachet Deluxe Tower in Los Cabos, Mexico. The loan closing will permit the project to begin destruction of the existing Cabo Villas building and begin vertical construction of the Deluxe tower.
